We’re partnering with a fast-growing technology company building a mission-critical, data-intensive platform used at scale. The product is live, trusted, and entering its next phase of growth — and front-end architecture is central to what comes next.

They’re hiring a Front-End Lead to take ownership of front-end strategy, architecture, and engineering standards, working closely with the CTO and senior engineers.

What You’ll Do

• Own and evolve a large React / TypeScript application
• Lead architectural improvements (modular / micro-frontend approaches)
• Drive performance improvements in complex, data-rich UIs
• Build scalable component systems and shared UI patterns
• Set best practices around testing, observability, and delivery
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar for front-end quality
