A leading fire and security firm in Portsmouth is seeking a Lead Fire & Security Engineer to provide technical leadership and oversight of Fire and Security systems. You will ensure compliance and customer satisfaction while mentoring engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. • Conduct toolbox talks and maintain compliance records.
• Mentor and develop engineers.

• Plan and manage routine and reactive service visits.
• Build strong customer relationships.

Skills

Strong technical background in electrical/electronic systems
