Role Overview

This is a hands-on, customer-facing position responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex detection systems. Acting as a technical expert and liaison, you will ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction across Rapiscan\'s RTT, CT, Checkpoint, BPI, and Trace products in the UK. While primarily based around Heathrow, occasional travel across southern regions and overseas may be required.

Key Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain Rapiscan systems at customer sites (primarily Heathrow, with UK / Ireland and overseas coverage as needed).
