Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for refurbishment, fit-out & commercial construction projects.
• Analyse drawings, specifications and client briefs.
• Produce accurate take-offs and build-ups from first principles.
• Send out enquiries and assess subcontractor/supplier returns.
