• Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar leadership role.

• Complete scheduled PPM and reactive maintenance work effectively.
• Uphold Health & Safety standards and conduct risk assessments.
• Minimise engineering downtime and monitor repair times.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production needs.
