Qualifications

  • HND or Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in leading PCB designers and advising on circuit layout for EMC.
  • Strong understanding of complex design techniques and communications protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electronic assemblies from specification to release.
  • Maintain existing designs and implement technology insertion programmes.
  • Translate requirements into design detail.

Skills

HND or Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent practical experience
Ability to lead a team of PCB designers
Experience of complex design techniques including various comms protocols such as RS422
Experience of generating component level designs for introduction into volume production
Experience of analogue to digital and digital to analogue conversion
