• Ensure adherence to current company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accuracy of company documentation.
• Record and reconcile all store revenues.

Liberty – Multi‑Trade Operative

Our role as a Multi‑Trade Operative covers a wide range of tasks, from plumbing to joinery, within a social housing environment.

• First and second‑fix plumbing.
• Repair/renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T&G or sheet flooring.
• Repair/renew doors, door casings, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards, and ducting paneling.
• Patch plastering and floor plastering.
• Installation of shower trays, tiling of walls, and bathroom suites including WC, WHB, and mixer showers.
• Painting and decoration to an acceptable standard.
• Radiator installation and maintenance.

• Completed a recognised apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3).
• Experience as a Multi‑Trade Joiner/Plumber.
• Proficient in joinery and plumbing disciplines.
• Desirable experience in plastering and social housing environments.
• Driving licence required.
• CSCS card, asbestos awareness, and personal tools.

Salary: £34,067 per year (subject to contract).
