A prestigious private hospital in Central London is seeking an enthusiastic Lead Clinical Pharmacist to oversee clinical pharmacy services. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team. We're looking for an enthusiastic Lead Clinical Pharmacist to join our dynamic Pharmacy Department at The London Clinic in Central London (W1G 7L). Job Profile
The Lead Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational management, and delivery of high‑quality clinical pharmacy services across The London Clinic. This role supports the Deputy Chief Pharmacist – Clinical & Operations , works with the other Lead Clinical Pharmacist and plays a key part in shaping medicines management, promoting safe and cost‑effective prescribing, and ensuring optimal pharmaceutical care for patients.
Successful candidates will be conscientious, enthusiastic, and highly motivated, with excellent organisational and communication skills. They should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating competence as an autonomous practitioner across all shift patterns required for service delivery.
Type & Shift Pattern: Permanent position, 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: Band 8a per annum based on skills and experience.
