Qualifications

• Level 3 / 4 in Residential Childcare preferred.
• Full UK Driving License is essential.
• Clean DBS required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and lead shifts, ensuring children are kept safe and engaged.
• Work flexibly, including office hours, early mornings, late nights, regular weekends, and bank holidays.
• Manage all risks in line with company policies and procedures.
• Provide reports and documentation reflecting the progress of the young people.
• Act as an advocate for the young people.
