Salary: Grade 6: £16.08 - £17.47 per hour
Hours: 30 hours a week
Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Provide day to day support to the Care Centre Manager, being responsible and accountable for the leadership of the Team/Service.
  • Deliver direct care and support on a regular basis.
  • Provide cover for sickness and other unplanned absences.
  • Maintain a flexible attitude to the working week; weekends and night shifts may be required.

Cysgod y Gaer Residential Care Centre provides a safe homely and person centred environment. The residential home is citizens home, citizens can expect to receive a full package of care which is person centred. We have a strong focus on choice and control within our services and all support provided will be citizen led. The home delivers care service 24 hours a day 365 days a year. The care that we provide must be delivered to the highest standard and ensure dignity is maintained at all times.
