Are you a subject matter expert in the commercial and speciality Insurance domain? Are you passionate about technology and its application in Financial Services? Then you have an opportunity to join EPAM as a Lead Business Analyst and work with top-tier engineering and design teams, supporting you in delivering value to our clients. We are seeking a customer-focused Business Analyst with proven experience in delivering software development solutions and business process transformation to Insurance clients, especially within Commercial / London Markets.

As part of our EMEA BA & Product Management Practice, collaborating with skilled engineering teams and domain experts, you will play a key role in shaping innovative solutions and growing our business within the FS&I domain.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days per week in the London office or at the client site.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Consultant on client assignments, understanding business needs and translating them into requirements for the development team.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including clients and senior management, to gather requirements and provide updates and suggestions.
• Provide thought leadership in Business Analysis practices to help grow EPAM's profile with new and existing clients.
• Offer business process transformation expertise to help clients understand their current state and design efficient target processes considering client personas and constraints.
• Assist clients in understanding the best mix of technologies, solutions, and services to maximize business value.
• Support pre-sales discovery and analysis to bring innovative products and services to clients.

Requirements

• Previous experience delivering projects in Commercial / London Markets Insurance.
• Experience in business process mapping and transformation initiatives, with measurable benefits demonstrated.
• Ability to develop business cases aligned with business strategy and benefits.
• End-to-end delivery experience of at least 5 software projects.
• Strong Agile mindset and familiarity with other development methodologies.
• Ability to understand high-level business needs, technological impacts, and transition into project delivery.
• Experience supporting sales and business development, including internal idea selling.
