Are you a subject matter expert in the commercial and speciality Insurance domain? Are you passionate about technology and its application in Financial Services? Then you have an opportunity to join EPAM as a Lead Business Analyst and work with the best-in-class engineering and design teams, supporting you in delivering value to our clients.

We are looking for a customer-focused Business Analyst who can evidence a proven record in delivering software development solutions & business process transformation to Insurance clients with a particular focus on Commercial / London Markets experience.

As part of our EMEA BA & Product Management Practice and working collaboratively with our highly skilled and experienced engineering teams & domain experts, you will play a vital role in shaping innovative solutions and helping us grow our business within the FS&I domain.

This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days per week expected in the London office or client site.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, Business Analyst, Product Owner or Consultant on client assignments, understanding the client's business needs and translating them into requirements for development team
  • Communicating with stakeholders, including clients and senior management, to gather requirements and provide updates & suggestions
  • Provide thought leadership in Business Analysis practices to help Account and Delivery Managers grow EPAM's profile with new and existing clients
  • Provide business process transformation expertise to the clients to help them to understand their current state and create an efficient target process considering client personas and constraints
  • Help clients understand the best mix of technologies, solutions & services and how to deliver them to maximise business value
  • Support pre-sales discovery and analysis to help EPAM bring amazing products and services to our clients
REQUIREMENTS
  • Have a previous delivery experience on Commercial / London Markets Insurance projects
  • Have experience of business process mapping and transformation initiatives and be able to demonstrate the achievement of measurable benefits
  • Be able to support the development of business cases that clearly articulate the link to business strategy and business benefits
  • Have end-to-end delivery experience of at least 5 software delivery projects
  • Possess a strong Agile mindset and be familiar with other development methodologies
  • Be able to shape opportunities and projects, so understand the high-level business needs, the impact of technology and be able to transition into project delivery
  • Have experience of supporting sales environment and business development, which also includes the ability to sell ideas internally
