• Proven experience as a Bid Writer or Proposal Manager, ideally within healthcare, education, or regulated sectors.
• Exceptional storytelling skills to create clear, persuasive content.

• High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
• Experience in information management and content databases.
• Ability to manage and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end bid process from opportunity identification to submission.
• Craft narratives that highlight unique value through storytelling.
• Manage the Tender Co-Ordinator and ensure submission compliance.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive bid library.
• Engage with senior stakeholders for insights and positioning.
• Support contract writing and ensure compliance with finance.
