Following recent restructure andexpansion, this leading display solutions production house is on the search foran operations manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the site.

This role will require an Operations Manager with an outstandingunderstanding of the current trends within the world of large format print andan insight into the future of the industry. We are looking for candidates witha broad, strategic knowledge of the industry, allowing to thoroughly comprehendall job types, from the small, time consuming ones, right through to the hugecorporate accounts.

The ultimate purpose of Operations managerial role is to providedirection and guidance to ensure continuous growth and meet customers’ needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading a team of production staffand supervisors
• Ensuring day to day production runssmoothly
• Setting and meeting productiontargets
• Liaising with other departments togenerate requirements – main contact is General Manager who does the trafficmanagement and purchase of materials
• Ideally you will have Experienceworking with Large format or Exhibition sector
• Demonstrable experience of drivingcontinuous improvement. We would like to implement Lean management and go forISO Accreditation
• Strong technical manufacturingbackground
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure withtight deadlines
