A leading landscape management organization in Sheffield is looking for a Landscape Assistant to join their team. The role involves working on transformative projects promoting urban resilience. The ideal candidate should have experience with landscape techniques, be willing to work outdoors, and hold a valid UK driving license. The position offers a salary of £24,570 to £24,860 per annum for full-time work, with part-time arrangements considered.

Overview

Post Title: Landscape Assistant

Salary: Payable Salary is £24,570 to £24,860 per annum

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, however we will also consider applicants seeking part time work or annualised hours

Standard work pattern for full time staff is Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm

Due to an internal promotion we have an opportunity to join a passionate team of Landscape Managers in delivering transformative projects with adaptation and resilience at their heart.

The Green Estate CIC is an award-winning company, recognised by the Kings Award for Sustainability and the Pro Landscaper Sustainability & Biodiversity Awards. We also host the Pictorial Meadows brand, a collection of wildflower meadow seeds and turf that create long lasting high impact displays that are climate resilient and increase pollinators.

The successful applicant will be joining a team whose mission is to grow engaging, adapative and resilient urban places across the UK and are committed to continuous learning and development. It would involve working under the direction of Landscape Managers on projects such as Sheffield’s Grey to Green and the Mansfield Sustainable Urban Drainage Scheme.
