The Recruitment Group is currently looking for Labourers to join our respected client near Witney. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals to secure long-term, permanent employment with excellent pay, great benefits, and flexible working conditions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be working as part of a busy production team in an outdoor, hands-on environment, helping to manufacture high-quality concrete flooring products. Key duties include:

Manual handling and lifting of materials

Setting up and filling long-line steel moulds

Measuring and setting moulds to precise specifications

Cutting finished products to size

Forklift Counterbalance Truck operations (training can be provided)

General cleaning and maintenance of tools, equipment, and work areas

Supporting supervisors with additional tasks as required

Please note: This is a labour-intensive role and will involve working outdoors in all weather conditions.

What We’re Looking For:

Good level of physical fitness and willingness to work in an outdoor environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Reliable, motivated, and hard-working attitude

Previous experience in manual labour or construction preferred

Forklift Counterbalance licence beneficial (training can be provided)

Own transport (car/motorcycle) recommended due to rural location

Pay: Starting from £13/hr + Attendance Bonus

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours:

40hr week: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm

45hr week: Choice of 6:00am – 4:00pm or 7:00am – 5:00pm

Standard rate up to 45hrs, Time & a Half for hours over 45

23 Days Annual Leave + Public Holidays

Additional day accrued every 2 years’ continuous service (up to max of 28 days)
