Job summary

A construction staffing agency is seeking an experienced semi-skilled labourer for a project in Scunthorpe. The role involves hard and soft strip out, general site duties, and assisting the Site Manager. Candidates must have an in-date CSCS card, a driving license, and ideally a first aid certificate. This position offers competitive hourly rates and is likely to last approximately 6 months.

Job description

Our client is currently seeking to recruit an experienced semi skilled labourer for their project in Scunthorpe. The position is to start as soon as possible and is likely to run up to the end of the year. (Appx 6 months)

We are seeking a semi-skilled labourer capable of hard and soft strip out of internal fixtures and fittings and who is capable of assisting to break out concrete internal floors.

This role will ideally suit someone with a good level of site experience and who can work on their own initiative when required. Our client is undertaking a prestigious refurbishment project in Skegness.

Work will also involve:

* General Site Labouring Duties.
* Overseeing Deliveries to site.
* General cleaning and tidying of the site and welfare facilities.
* Locking and unlocking the site on a daily basis if and when required.
* Assisting the Site Manager on a daily basis with duties as required.

You will require:

* In Date CSCS card.
* In Date first Aid Certificate (preferred but not essential)
* Full Driving License and Own Transport.

Rates are competitive and paid hourly either PAYE or via umbrella.
