Join Our Team as a Laboratory Analyst!

Are you passionate about science and excited by the idea of contributing to products used around the world? We're looking for a motivated Lab Analyst to join our innovative and friendly team in Petersfield. If you thrive in a laboratory environment and have a love for chemistry or biochemistry, this could be the perfect next step in your career!

Position: Lab Analyst

Location: Petersfield

Salary: £30,000 (£14.37 ph) + shift pay (for 6-2 shift - Extra £1.35 per hour)

Start Date: ASAP / Temporary ongoing

Working Hours: Preferred: 8:15 AM - 4:30 PM
Also open to: 6 AM - 2 PM or 7 AM - 3 PM

What You'll Be Doing
  • As a Lab Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring our raw materials, bulk products, and finished goods meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Performing routine and non-routine testing on a variety of samples
  • Preparing and analysing samples with precision
  • Accurately interpreting data and reporting results
  • Uploading results into SAP/LIMS systems
  • Preparing Certificates of Analysis (CoA)
  • Safely disposing of samples according to established procedures

Your work will directly support the quality and safety of products used by consumers worldwide.

What We're Looking For
  • A degree in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology preferred)
  • Experience in a chemistry laboratory, ideally within a Quality Control environment
  • Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and Good Laboratory Practices
  • Strong skills in laboratory equipment and techniques, particularly chromatography, Viscometers, and FTIR
  • Experience using Empower 3 and working in a GxP-regulated setting
