About the Role

The Laboratory Leader will form part of a management team responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations, leading a skilled team, driving performance, and ensuring the business achieves its growth and financial targets. This role requires a commercially minded leader with the ability to inspire, innovate, and deliver results in a fast-paced technical environment.
