• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an IT support role.

• Experience within a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level support for laboratory IT systems.
• Manage and resolve incidents using ServiceNow.
• Perform configuration and user access management.

Skills

Proven experience with ServiceNow

Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11

Practical experience with SCCM

Understanding of basic network technologies

Excellent English command (CEFR C1)

Education

Degree in Information Technology
