Overview

The L&D Manager will play a crucial role in designing and implementing learning and development strategies to support the growth of employees. This position, based in Medway, requires somebody with a strong Senior L&D background.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies for all levels of employees.
  • Identify training needs through collaboration with department heads and managers.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programmes, workshops, and e-learning modules.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make improvements as required.
  • Manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  • Support succession planning by identifying and nurturing high-potential employees.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all training activities.
  • Collaborate with external training providers where necessary to meet organisational needs.
