A primary education provider in Greater London is seeking an experienced KS1 Learning Support Assistant to support children in a nurturing environment. Responsibilities include in-class support, delivering phonics interventions, and midday supervision. Candidates must hold an NVQ Level 2 or above and demonstrate high-quality phonics teaching. This is a temporary position for 30 hours per week, with a salary of £19,709-£20,851 per annum. Strong communication and enthusiasm for education are key to this role.
30 hours per week to work 8:45am-3:15pm, with a 30‑minute break, Monday to Friday during term time. Please note that hours of work can be changed to suit the business needs of the school with a month's notice.
Salary: £19,709‑£20,851 per annum (£28,221‑£29,856 FTE).

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to support children in Key Stage 1. The successful candidate will be positive and enthusiastic, with a commitment to our ethos, vision and values. This role is to support children during learning time both in‑class and delivering specific interventions to groups, as well as being part of our midday supervision team during lunchtimes. It would be beneficial for candidates to have a strong background in supporting phonics delivery. We follow the Little Wandle Letters and Sounds programme.
