Step into the heart of our team and play a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. You'll help maintain a spotless, safe environment across the pot-wash and back-of-house areas, ensuring everything is ready for exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Wash pots, pans, plates, and cutlery to the highest standard.
  • Ensure everything is cleaned, polished, and returned quickly so the kitchen runs like clockwork.
  • Wash and disinfect pot-wash appliances, work surfaces, floors, and walls to maintain a pristine environment.
  • Follow all back-of-house due diligence and hygiene standards.
  • Take responsibility for cleaning routines and ensure they're always adhered to.
  • Remove and recycle waste efficiently from the restaurant areas.
  • Comply with internal audit requirements to keep standards sky-high.
  • Assist the kitchen team with food prep when needed - get hands-on and learn new skills!
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
