Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Kitchen Porter to join the team!

About the role

The Steward supports our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service through attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness. This role is part of the Back of House (Stewarding) Department, reporting into the Back of House Manager.

What you will do
  • Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish wash machine.
  • Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment.
  • Cleaning and sanitation of food & beverage preparation areas.
  • Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
  • Maintain the silver polishing program.
  • Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner.
  • Key player on waste management and sustainability.

Schedule & Hours
  • This is a full-time position based on a 40-hour work week.
  • Candidates must be available to work any day from Monday to Sunday.
  • Shift schedules will vary and may be scheduled between 7:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
