At An Nead Caf in the Dundreggan Rewilding Centre, our Kitchen Assistants play a vital role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly. From prepping fresh, seasonal ingredients to maintaining a spotless, safe workspace, youll support the cook in serving up wholesome, home-cooked meals that celebrate the flavours of the Highlands.

Responsibilities

• Support the cook in the kitchen to provide a range of homecooked meals, supporting the development of the menu, making changes to meet the demand of our customers.
• Daily activities including food preparation, cooking, cleaning, ensuring the kitchen meets the standards required of us.
• During peak season, you will also support the café team out front, serving customers and maintaining the restaurant area.
