Job description

Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club invites applications for Kiosk Staff to join the 2026 Football Season. This role involves working on matchdays and non‑matchdays in fast‑paced kiosk environments.

The position requires experience (or willingness) in hospitality, cash handling, and customer service. Cashiers and pourers will handle alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks, process payments using tills, restock, and provide friendly service.

Package Description
  • Over 18s: £12.21 per hour
  • Under 18s: £10.43 per hour
  • Flexible working
  • Match days and non‑match days (C&E events) including evening & weekend shifts
Main Responsibilities
  • Handling and preparing alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks
  • Taking payments for drinks using the tills in the kiosk
  • Restocking food and drink items in the kiosk
  • Welcoming guests and taking ordersEnsuring customer satisfaction and delivering optimal client service experience
  • Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Helping answer questions and making suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items
