A community support organization in Manchester is looking for a Justice Case Worker to provide rehabilitation and educational support for offenders. The ideal candidate will have experience working with marginalized individuals and possess excellent communication skills. You'll be responsible for creating tailored action plans and delivering effective group sessions aimed at enhancing employability skills. A warm and empathetic approach is essential to build rapport with participants, and knowledge of national training and education opportunities is desired. This role does not offer visa sponsorship and requires legal right to work in the UK.
The Growth Company's (GC) Justice Services is looking for a Justice Case Worker to provide rehabilitation and Employment Training and Education support within the Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) Evolution Programme.
CFO Evolution provides tailored support for offenders, especially those who are disadvantaged, struggle to engage with mainstream services, face barriers to community reintegration, and lack essential life and functional skills needed by employers. This voluntary program includes through-the-gate elements to ensure comprehensive support not fully covered by existing initiatives.
We are currently unable to provide sponsorship for work permits or visas. Therefore, we can only consider candidates who already have the legal right to work in the UK.
