About the role

As a Junior Retoucher, you will support the creative team in enhancing and refining imagery to ensure it meets our brand’s high standards. Working closely with photographers and art directors, you’ll help bring our visual concepts to life through careful image editing and retouching.

As a Junior Retoucher you will

• Assist in retouching product and beauty imagery, including basic colour correction, blemish removal, background clean-up, and light enhancements.
• Collaborate with photographers and art directors to understand the creative vision and apply feedback effectively.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all retouched images in line with brand guidelines.
• Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and Helicon Focus.
• Maintain organised file structures and meet project deadlines.
• Stay open to learning new techniques and tools to improve workflow and output quality.

About you

• Some experience in image retouching, ideally within beauty, still life, or product photography— Ecommerce or freelance work welcome.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and familiarity with Capture One and Helicon Focus.
• A strong eye for detail, colour, and composition.
• Ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• A passion for visual storytelling and a desire to grow within a creative team.
