What you’ll be doing

  • Assisting with research study planning, logistics, participant recruitment, and documentation
  • Planning and executing small scale research tasks independently – qual and quant
  • Observing and supporting senior team members, developing confidence and learn new tools and methods
  • Aid data collection through notetaking, tagging, and moderation
  • Contributing to data analysis and insight development
  • Helping maintain research repositories and tools
  • Actively contributing to team ceremonies and research ops initiatives

About you

  • UX research experience through internships, academic research, bootcamps, or side projects
  • Good knowledge of user-centered design and common research techniques
  • Strong curiosity, listening skills, and eagerness to learn
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Familiar with tools such as Figma, Google Analytics, UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Lookback, or similar
  • Basic knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design

Working schedule

This role is based in our Bristol head office (BS1 5HL) and we offer a hybrid working pattern, with a minimum of two days in the office per week.
