Job Description

The Role

We're looking for a sharp, proactive Junior Producer to support our growing production slate. You'll need a strong understanding of post-production workflows, a calm approach in a fast-paced environment, and a talent for keeping creative momentum high. You will be involved in every stage of a project, from conception and pitching to production and final delivery.

You will work closely with the Head of Production and other producers across a variety of projects, including AI-native short films, commercials, and music videos, as well as hybrid productions that combine traditional live-action shoots with generative post-production. This is a hybrid role based in our London office with significant potential for growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-production workflows and timelines across multiple project
• Manage teams of animators, editors, Gen-AI artists, and wider crew
• Coordinate schedules, manage assets, and ensure a smooth project flow.
• Support both pre- and post-production phases for branded, long-form, and original content
• Communicate with clients, agencies, and our in-house creative team
• Track and help manage budgets and cost reports
• Handle administrative tasks, including paperwork, folder structures, and delivery formats
• Contribute to pitch deck development and visual proposals (design skills are a plus)
• Be an ambassador for Wonder's values and community
  
  

You Should Have

• At least 3 years of experience in producing or post-production management, ideally in film, advertising, or branded content
• On-set experience in a Producer role
• Strong familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, and Apple systems
• An understanding of and/or interest in GenAI tools and workflows
• A clear and proactive communication style
• The ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly
• A positive, can-do attitude

• Hands-on experience with AI production tools (Runway, Midjourney, etc.)
• A design background or a strong eye for visual storytelling
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced creative environment
