  • Analyse trading performance, making decisions on rebuys, pricing, and stock levels.
  • Forecast demand, margin, and stock cover.
  • Lead test-and-repeat models to optimise trade.
  • Prepare and present trading reports.
  • Work closely with Buying, Design, QC, and suppliers.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.
  • Take a strategic approach to category growth.

What you’ll do

As a Junior Merchandiser, you’ll:

  • Manage your own product category, driving sales, profitability, and stock performance.
  • Analyse and act on trading performance, making decisions on rebuys, pricing, and stock levels.
  • Own the WSSI, forecasting demand, margin, and stock cover.
  • Lead on test-and-repeat models to optimise trade.
  • Prepare and present trading reports in weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Work closely with Buying, Design, QC, and suppliers to deliver results.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.
  • Take a strategic approach to category growth, aligning with overall brand goals.
