Qualifications

  • 1‑3 years previous customer facing support role, preferably technology related.
  • Full UK Driving License & access to your own transport.
  • A people person, who enjoys interacting and forming connections.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st line IT support to large customer base.
  • Record and resolve technical problems experienced by customers.
  • Uphold and adhere to the agreed SLA within the business.
