This role will see you working closely with HR Business Partners Talent Acquisition Managers and Employees across the UK and Germany supporting everything from onboarding and employee relations to wellbeing initiatives and systems processes. Lead Onboarding Coordination : Manage the full onboarding process including pre-employment checks documentation and new starter experience ensuring compliance and a smooth transition into the business.
Own Offboarding and Lifecycle Admin : Take ownership of the leaver process including exit interviews and process changes such as promotions job titles and family leave documentation.
Support Employee Relations : Attend and take minutes at ER meetings assist HRBPs in case management and help drive proactive issue resolution.
Monitor Absence Management : Lead on Stage 1 absence processes liaising with managers and Occupational Health where needed.
Maintain Accurate HR Records : Ensure personnel files HR systems and payroll-related data are accurate and up to date.
Champion Wellbeing & Projects : Coordinate wellbeing and EDI initiatives contribute to the monthly People & Culture newsletter and support wider HR projects.
HR Experience : Minimum 2 years working in a generalist HR environment with exposure to the full employee lifecycle.
Employment Law Knowledge : Solid understanding of UK employment law and its practical application.
Strong Communicator : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to break down complex information clearly.
Attention to Detail : Meticulous with data documentation and process accuracy.
Confidential & Professional : Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
CIPD Qualified (or working towards) : CIPD Level 5 or above is ideal to support your continued development in the role.
