We are currently seeking a Junior M&A Estimator to join our client’s busy Project Division within a leading Building Services company based in Central London. This role offers exposure across full M&A packages, with a particular emphasis on electrical building services, supporting a wide range of projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 35 years experience within the building services or M&A sector
  • Good working knowledge of electrical systems, with an understanding of mechanical services including HVAC and plumbing
  • Experience assisting with or producing M&A cost estimates, take‑offs, and tender returns
  • Ability to read and interpret M&A drawings, specifications, and schedules
  • Strong commercial awareness, numerical ability, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HNC/HND or degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline
  • Experience working across commercial, residential, and public sector projects
  • Familiarity with industry‑standard estimating software and procurement processes
