Overview

Cassandra Goad is a British fine jeweller renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship and timeless design over the last 40 years. Designed by Cassandra herself and handcrafted in London, each jewel combines traditional techniques with modern innovation, creating jewels as unique as the person for whom it is created.

We are seeking a highly talented Junior Creative to join the Cassandra Goad team. In this versatile role, you will work closely with Cassandra supporting her in design and creative projects from initial concept through to final delivery across both digital and print channels. A strong portfolio is essential, showcasing your ability to deliver exceptional design across brand identity, guidelines, and full 360-degree campaigns. Experience in luxury brands or product is highly desirable.

As part of a small, close-knit team, you\'ll be expected to take ownership of projects, adapt quickly, and bring creativity, meticulousness, and commercial awareness to every task. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across boutique and marketing teams, PR, photography, and external suppliers. Your contributions will be central to maintaining the luxury quality and aesthetic of our jewellery and brand communications.

This position also offers the opportunity to take on increasing creative ownership over time, with scope to grow into a more senior role within the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design & Creative Direction: Support Cassandra with creative projects from concept to delivery across print and digital media
  • Design & Maintain brand visual language and design guidelines
  • Partner with Cassandra to deliver high-quality design work for marketing campaigns
  • Printed Marketing: Oversee design, proofing, and production for print projects including catalogues, magazines, adverts, advent calendars, and in-store materials
  • Edit images in Photoshop, working on colour grading for a cohesive look, matching different paper types and profiles
  • Manage stationery design and production
  • Liaise with printers, packaging partners, and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and consistent quality at agreed budgets
  • Visual Merchandising: Design and direct creative assets for in-store displays (frames, window screens, and installations)
  • Prepare stills and video for digital displays, making basic After Effects adjustments as required
  • Photography & Photoshoots: Support creative direction during photoshoots and act as photographer\'s assistant when needed
  • Tag, select, and track images from raw files through to retouching, coordinating with the marketing team
  • Marketing & Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated campaigns from concept through to rollout
  • Design and submit assets for online advertising, ensuring cohesion with broader campaign activity
  • Provide creative direction and support for newsletters, social media, and website visuals, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
  • File & Asset Management: Maintain the digital asset management system (Asset Bank), ensuring files are clearly organised and accessible
  • Keep archives of all creative outputs up to date and properly catalogued
Requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, particularly for print projects
  • Proficient in Photoshop with experience in colour correction and light retouching
  • Solid understanding of producing files for both large format inkjet printers and litho print runs. Experience using different workflows, profiles and preparing print-ready files beneficial
  • Basic knowledge of Illustrator, After Effects, and video editing software (with a willingness to learn)
  • Knowledge of Capture One desirable
  • Design/Creative-based undergraduate degree preferable
  • Comfortable assisting on photoshoots
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong command of graphic design software, Photoshop, DAMs and comfortable with general IT
  • Professional, ambitious and enthusiastic about crafted luxury with a fantastic eye for detail
