Due to continued expansion and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking to hire a Junior Account Manager to help drive performance.

Delivering products across a portfolio of Top Tier UK Retailers, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the business and really be part of its continuous growth.

As a Junior Account Manager, you will...

Support the relationships across Top 4 Grocery, High Street and Discounter retailers.

Research and identify relevant retail buyers and create effective sales plan.

Develop and implement tailored account strategies to drive growth, optimize product distribution, and increase profitability.

Continuously build new relationships, a lot of new business involved.

What will you need?

1+ years experience within a sales role in the FMCG sector.

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term, value-driven partnerships.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Confident working with data and proficient in tools such as Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
