We’re seeking a JSAU (Joint Services Administration Unit) Supervisor to lead our office operations and ensure seamless service delivery across the contract. In this role, your leadership and organisational skills won’t just keep things running they’ll make a real difference every single day.

Key Responsibilities
  • As the JSAU Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of the day‑to‑day running of the office and guide a team to deliver exceptional service. Your role will involve planning and prioritising tasks, motivating your team, and ensuring everyone has the training and support they need to succeed. You’ll oversee performance reviews, maintain accurate records, and manage recruitment when vacancies arise.

Collaboration is key, you’ll work closely with first‑line managers, contractors, and military personnel to ensure smooth operations and high standards of customer service. You’ll also be responsible for preparing for audits, maintaining compliance with A1 Assurance standards, and ensuring welfare and safety for military personnel both on‑site and during deployments.
