• Liaising with the Finance Director to monitor cash flow.
• Assisting with mezzanine and equity loans for property development.
• Liaising with the operations manager on finance arrangements.
• Collaborating with the family office on new business opportunities.

As the Finance and Operations Officer your role will provide exposure to the following:

• Management of the company’s Joint venture projects
• Liaising with the Finance Director to monitor and maintain cash flow
• Work alongside the property finance team to assist with the mezzanine and equity loans for property development
• Liaise with the operations Manager on all finance and refinance arrangements.
• Work closely with the family office for all new business’s opportunities
• Ad-hoc tasks delegated from the operations manager.

You will very likely be working within the banking sector, and will have gained significant experience with the management of Joint Ventures
