Overview
Electronic Design Engineer needed to join our team and lead support for production activities at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities.
Responsibilities
- Ideally degree qualified (or equivalent industry experience) with experience of designing product/systems and/or providing support to designs through the manufacturing phase of the product lifecycle.
- Proven experience in the design of the following disciplines:-
- Analogue and Digital Electronics
- Investigative skills to identify Root Causes of design-related issues and propose robust corrective actions.
- Work autonomously when needed, lead the delivery of work assignments, and actively engage with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of outputs.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation and influencing skills with the capability to write clear and concise engineering documentation.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and supporting and resolving manufacturing issues with a view to implementing Design for Manufacture improvements into the design.

- You will act as the interface between our design teams and our manufacturing teams, working alongside other support engineers to provide knowledge and support, focused on highly advanced launcher assemblies. The role offers a true engineering challenge in core disciplines with potential for growth and development in other areas of electronics.

- Security clearance: British Citizen or dual UK national with British citizenship may be required; BPSS checks are managed as part of the recruitment process.
