  • Analyse English texts for semantic clarity, grammatical accuracy, and stylistic quality
The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Japanese Specialist should have:

  • MA degree in linguistics, language or related field.
  • Has at least 2 years of professional translation experience
  • Deep understanding of Japanese language and cultural nuances
  • Familiarity with various English dialects and their distinctions
  • Fluent in American English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical skills in morphology, syntax, grammar, and spelling
  • Additional fluency in German, French, or Spanish is highly desirable
  • Experience teaching English as a second language is a plus
  • Background in language quality assurance and localisation is beneficial
