A national law firm is seeking an IT Trainer to join their growing IT team in Bristol. The role involves creating and maintaining IT Training courses and e-learning content, leading training sessions, and using software tools like Microsoft Sway and Camtasia. The successful candidate will have a strong background in training legal technology and excellent communication skills. This position is on a 6-month fixed term contract with potential for permanence, offering a flexible work environment and comprehensive benefits.
We’re looking for an IT Trainer to join our growing IT team. This will initially be on a 6 month fixed term contract, the role does have the possibility of becoming permanent. You’ll be responsible for creating, editing and maintaining our engaging library of IT Training courses and e-learning content. This includes leading training sessions, designing and creating videos, guides and interactive content.
This isn’t about just running training sessions (though you’ll do plenty of those). You’ll be planning and co-ordinating training programmes, producing IT training materials, videos and courses on both in house and purchased legal software using tools such as, Microsoft Sway, SnagIt, Camtasia, Captivate and Articulate storyline 360. As well as consistently reviewing the look and feel of all of the firm’s IT Training materials.
Most of all, you’ll be on the forefront of change. As an IT Trainer, you’ll be riding the wave of new and exciting technology and innovation and be a pioneer in getting our people excited for change.
You will be joining a team of 3 and reporting to our IT Training Manager.
