A growing organisation in Hurn is seeking an IT Technician to assist internal users with their IT issues across Microsoft and Application systems. Responsibilities include remote support and collaboration with senior management for ticket resolution. Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all IT Support queries.
  • Assisting users remotely or face to face, offering deskside support.
  • Working closely with team leaders and senior management.
  • Researching and documenting solutions to problems.

Skills

Good working knowledge of Windows operating systems (10 / 11)
Experience with Office365 applications
Understanding of Active Directory and Windows Server
Basic networking skills (TCP / IP, DNS and DHCP)
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

IT Technician - Bournemouth - Up to £26,000

We have an excellent opportunity for an IT Technician to join a growing organisation in an exciting period of growth. This role will involve assisting internal users on their IT issues, ranging across their Microsoft and Application suite. You'll be assisting users via the telephone, emails and tickets, ensuring you are working to agreed SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all IT Support queries
