Qualifications

  • Credible IT support experience at 1st and/or 2nd line is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT assistance (2nd line desktop support) with computer-related issues.
  • Maintain a record of all IT support requests and ensure they are acknowledged and resolved quickly.
  • Prepare new computer setups and create accounts for incoming staff members.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, suppliers, and other internal teams.
  • Keep an up-to-date inventory of all IT equipment and software.
  • Continually update and improve the help articles and FAQs in the Knowledgebase.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Windows Server Administration (Active Directory, Exchange, Intune)
Network troubleshooting skills (LAN, WAN, Wi-fi, TCP, IP)
Excellent troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software issues

Education

Relevant degree relating to IT support or equivalent experience
