We are currently recruiting for a First Line Support Technician to join a busy IT Helpdesk team on a 3-month contract based in Basingstoke.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related queries via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Log, diagnose, and resolve technical issues or escalate to second-line support when necessary
  • Provide support for hardware, software, and basic networking issues
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of incidents
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a first-line IT support or helpdesk role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking principles
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
