We are seeking an engaged and passionate IT Support Engineer to join our team in Wallingford, Oxfordshire!

Key Responsibilities
  • 🖥️ Provide top‑notch tech support to on‑site and remote teams.
  • 🔧 Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and networking problems.
  • 💻 Perform workstation imaging, installation, upgrades and basic repairs.
  • ✅ Perform meeting room checks and carry out maintenance.
  • 🚦 Escalate security incidents - acknowledge, triage, escalates, and resolve as required.
  • 🎧 Maintain accurate inventory of all devices and related assets.
  • 👥 Collaborate with the IT team to identify and mitigate incidents across environments and servers.
  • 📝 Create and maintain knowledge base articles to support IT operations and end‑user self‑service.
  • 👩🏫 Deliver technical training sessions.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

🎓 Degree or Proven Experience: BS in Computer Science or similar hands‑on expertise.

💼 Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in technology support.

💡 Experience with:

  • Supporting remote users.
  • Mobile Device Management applications (Jamf & Intune).
  • Maintaining and monitoring enterprise level RMM, Manage Engine Endpoint Central.
  • Familiar with at least one project management methodology (Agile, Waterfall, ITIL).
  • Operating systems such as Windows, iOS, OSx, Android etc.).
  • Creating and maintaining automatic scripts (Bash, PowerShell etc).

👩💼 Self‑starting with a clear interest in the industry and willingness to learn.

📆 Strong self‑management with the ability to switch between tasks.

🤝 Clear, professional and concise communication, both written and verbally.
