We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer with hands‑on experience in IT support and infrastructure. You’ll ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems while providing excellent support to employees in our Gatwick office.
As part of a global team (UK HQ and Miami), you’ll manage core IT infrastructure, resolve technical issues, and assist with projects and upgrades. While focused on infrastructure, you’ll also support business systems and applications as needed.
If you are a technically skilled IT professional with a strong infrastructure background, thrive on solving complex technical challenges, are a proactive, customer-focused team player who can balance IT operations with project work, then we’d love to hear from you.
This role is based on site at our Crawley office, five days per week. The successful candidate will also participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota, for which additional compensation is provided.
