We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join Norgine. The person holding this position will report to the Head of IT.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line support on all aspects of the IT infrastructure and daily BAU activities.
• Participate in IT project work, procurement, and liaising with suppliers.
• Embrace continuous improvement within the team, making processes efficient and effective.
• This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Undertake Infrastructure IT Service Delivery at the Hengoed M&S site.
• Support applications at the Hengoed M&S site.
• Ensure maximum uptime of IT infrastructure at regional level.
• Build effective relationships with colleagues and the business.
• Analyze and propose methods to improve service delivery.
• Follow project methodologies for IT technical projects and improvements.
• Contribute to and follow all global and local IT processes.
• Participate in projects and specific technology areas as required.
• May include a specialist area such as Desktop or Database support.
• Some out-of-hours work may be required, including being part of the on-call rota after training.
