Overview

From incident to resolution, help drive IT reliability!

Working as our Software Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the availability of IT software related components, ensuring there is support for incidents. Resolving problems, investigating and identifying the root cause of any incidents and ensuring a high level of customer service.
