About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Services Team Lead to lead the IT support function and oversee day-to-day service operations across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, reliable, and secure IT services while driving continuous improvements in service delivery, tools, and processes.

You will lead and mentor a team of IT support professionals, enforce IT policies and procedures, and collaborate closely with other IT teams to resolve complex, cross‑functional issues. The role also involves supporting the deployment of new technologies, managing hardware and software inventories, and providing advanced support for end‑user devices, including mobile platforms.

As IT Services Team Lead, you will play a key role in monitoring service performance, reporting on KPIs and metrics, documenting solutions, and contributing to major IT initiatives and projects that improve operational efficiency and employee experience.

Bring your hands‑on IT expertise, people leadership skills, and structured, service‑oriented mindset to help scale and strengthen our IT services function.
