Qualifications

  • Proven background working within a Managed IT Service Provider.
  • Extensive experience in commercial account management and managing complex deal cycles.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrable leadership experience managing Sales Managers or equivalent teams.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and exceed annual gross profit targets.
  • Lead and develop Sales Managers, embedding a culture of high performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Understand customer environments to deliver tailored IT service solutions.
  • Define and execute divisional sales strategy.
  • Drive pipeline creation and deal quality across the sales function.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and account planning.
  • Represent the company at executive levels.
